The Wolfson Foundation

The Wolfson Foundation has been supporting Art Fund since 1977. During that time it has contributed more than £7m in support of our work and helped to add over 170 works of art to more than 70 public collections across the UK.

The Foundation’s generous and longstanding support means we can act quickly and decisively when museums ask for our help.

Their commitment to collections goes hand in hand with their capital investment in museum gallery spaces.

This holistic approach to supporting both the content and display of public collections has a major impact on the vitality of our great cultural institutions.
