Less than ten days to go …

Thank you to everyone who has generously supported our campaign. Through your efforts and the match-funding, we are now over 75% of our way to the target.

The response to our rewards has been incredible with many people opting for the unique silver necklaces incorporating an original shard of Nantgarw porcelain excavated from the bottle kiln. A brilliant idea for a unique and very individual Christmas present.

The porcelain cabinet cups will only be offered as part of this crowdfunding campaign so if you would like one - now is your only chance! For the first time in 200 years, the famous Nantgarw griffin and snakes head handles will be rising up from the very same studios used by William Billingsley, Samuel Walker and later by Thomas Pardoe.

Our Welsh afternoon teas have also been popular - these will include a behind the scenes tour of the museum including the artist's studios, William Billingsley's laboratory and even the inside of an original bottle kiln (hard hats required).

For those on a lower budget, the postcards are an evocative reminder of Nantgarw's past and we all know you can never have enough good quality tote bags!

Thank you again for your support and if you know of anyone who you think might be interested in making a small donation now is the time to point them in our direction,

Fingers crossed we get to our target soon!
