Uppark House and Garden on the South Downs, houses an elegant Georgian interior with a Grand Tour collection including paintings, furniture and ceramics.
The 18th-century doll's house with original contents is one of the highlights. Complete servants' quarters are shown as they were in Victorian days, allowing visitors to compare life upstairs and downstairs. The beautiful and peaceful garden is fully restored in the early 19th-century Picturesque style, in a downland and woodland setting.
