Built in the early 18th century, Belgrave Hall is a Grade II listed historic house in Leicester surrounded by two acres of gardens.

Built in the 18th century, Belgrave Hall welcomes visitors on allocated days as well as through its special events programme. Each year, this historic house is host to children's activity days, open air theatre and music, craft sessions, and a food and garden festival, with guided tours on heritage open days showcasing the hall's past.

First built by a hosiery merchant who died not long after construction was completed, Belgrave Hall has been home to owners including the High Sheriff of Leicestershire and John Ellis, who brought the railways to Leicester.

Visitors can admire the distinctive red and blue pattern of the hall's 'Flemish bond' brickwork, and enjoy a picnic in the elegant walled garden, surrounded by Edwardian roses, ancient mulberry trees and seasonal flower beds.
