Compton Verney shows off its huge collection of Neapolitan art, the largest in the world outside Naples itself, rehung and reimagined, as the Naples Gallery opens its doors once again.
Promising to stir the senses and capture the feeling of visiting the vibrant Italian city that stands in the shadow of Mount Vesuvius, this exhibition will feature new interactive elements and insights into research by the University of Oxford and the Centre for the Art and Architectural History of Port Cities, Naples.
Two new contemporary sculptures by DYSPLA and Aaron McPeake will also be on display, commissioned in partnership with Unlimited.
