Create a bold, protest-style T‑shirt in this designer-led workshop at Bowes Lates.
DIY Designer T-shirts is a hands-on fashion and printmaking workshop taking place as part of Bowes Lates at The Bowes Museum.
Inspired by the activism of the Vivienne Westwood: Rebel – Storyteller – Visionary exhibition, participants are invited to design and print their own protest-style T-shirt in this drop-in session led by designer Kelly Ewing.
With over 20 years’ experience in fashion, including showing at London Fashion Week, Kelly guides visitors through expressive techniques that combine craftsmanship and bold design.
DIY Designer Tees is one of the ticketed experiences within Bowes Lates, an after-hours evening of culture featuring gallery access, live performances, talks, spotlight tours and a silent disco. Tickets include full access to the Bowes Lates programme alongside the workshop.
