Join us for an exploration of lace, its history, and its place in the Devonshire Collection.
Textiles Technician, Olivia Housley, offers an exploration into the history of lace and several important pieces in the Devonshire Collections, along with her own detailed research into this area.
She will share insights on how lace has been represented in paintings within the house, and how the Chatsworth House Trust charity cares for its lace collection.
