Delve into Irish art at this immersive weekend course with Make Space Studio.

Take inspiration from our Light from the West: Irish Art after 1870 exhibition, and study works such as Derrynane (in the Sun) by Jack Butler Yeats and Field of Corn by Roderic O’Conor.

Explore dynamic brushwork and vibrant palettes as you delve into the technique of gouache. There'll be guided exercises and self-led development, so you can explore light, colour, and expressive brushwork.

This course is suitable for both beginners and improvers and is ideal for those wanting to deepen their understanding of Irish art while developing and refining their skills in a supportive environment.
