In June’s Collection Conversation, we will be joined by Nigel Goldsmith and Chloe Yandell.
Nigel Goldsmith completed his Masters in Fine Art at Bath Spa University. Goldsmith’s videos employ some of the visual and aural strategies used in advertising in an attempt to mesmerize the viewer, presenting a subject that is overwhelming in scale yet engaging to watch.
Chloe Yandell also studied at Bath Spa University. She works from her studio in Corsham, drawing inspiration from her local environment, memories, and materials. Her recent studies have focused on creating texture and atmosphere, with techniques and pieces often evolving through exploration of the creative journey.
