In recognition of her exceptional public and voluntary service, she was awarded the Freedom of Llandudno in 2014—a fitting tribute to her impact on local journalism.

There is a lift for those with mobility issues or small children.
Only assistance dogs are permitted in the galleries. However, all dogs on leads are welcome in reception/shop and the museum garden.
