What to bring: Yoga mat/self inflating camping mattress, blankets, eye mask, pillow, bolster, warm layers, fluffy socks, water bottle.
Contraindications: Soundbaths are not suitable for pregnant women in first trimester, those with a pacemaker or with sound sensitive epilepsy. If you are unsure whether a soundbath would be suitable, please consult with your specialist.
