A children's drawing and painting workshop working with real spring flowers inspired by the oil paintings of Jan Van Huysym that are being displayed at Strawberry Hill House.
Taking floral bouquets as our starting point, we will explore experimental drawing and painting, process-led art making, with plenty of opportunity for showing off your own creativity and making something beautiful to take home. We will be working from real spring flowers inspired by the oil paintings of Jan Van Huysym that are being displayed at Strawberry Hill House.
This workshop is run by Christina Rose Brown, an artist, educator and qualified art teacher. She has run family workshops at galleries including the Tate Modern, The British Museum, The Foundling Museum, and Waddington Custot.
