Delve into the stories of Cumbrian folklore.
Join us for a live reading of the poems produced by the Dove Cottage Poets in the Learning centre.
This event is part of Jocelyn McGregor’s Dredged art installation and exhibition which involved the collaboration with Dove Cottage Poets to bring stories of Cumbrian folklore and history to life.
The Dove Cottage Poets and sculptor Jocelyn McGregor have published a book of poems called the Voices of Kendal. This publication can be purchased at the shop in Windermere Jetty Museum.
This reading is free with entry to the museum. The performance will start at 2pm and is approx. 30 mins.
