Join The McManus' Creative Learning Team and celebrate the natural world in our Wild Escapes Eco School, an open forum for children to think about the environment, get creative and become nature champions! Artists, curators and museum educators will lead hands-on activities including sculpture, printmaking, creative writing and museum tours to encourage you to share your own views and make to make your own creative responses inspired by our museum collection!
By transforming the museum’s spaces into a centre of learning and discovery, The McManus will inspire children and families to learn together about the climate, explore links between nature, science and art, and become agents of change!
Our Eco School is designed for children aged 7-11 years, with attendance required across all three days. Parents are not required to stay during the workshop.
