Join us for a wild morning of gardening and re-wilding Beaconsfield Gallery with rare plant species.
Connecting to The Wild Escape campaign which highlights the importance of re-wilding our greenspaces with indigenous plants, families will help plant rare plant species in the garden space at the gallery, as well as undertaking weeding and other gardening tasks. At the end children will have the opportunity to create animal drawings to take home.
Be part of The Wild Escape, a nationwide celebration of UK nature inspired by the wildlife found in museum and galleries. The Wild Escape is made possible with support from Arts Council England’s National Lottery Project Grants, with additional support from Bloomberg Philanthropies, Kusuma Trust, Foyle Foundation and a group of generous individuals and trusts.
