This is the only known contemporary portrait of her. Scrots was Holbein's successor as court-painter. She is depicted with her hands clasped before her, grey eyes turned to the left; auburn hair confined within pearl-edged coif; wears bejewelled bonnet with white plume, dress of crimson damask with bands of gold embroidery, and jewellery.
