The New Art Gallery holds collections of European art, from Dutch marine scenes and British landscapes to French Impressionism and Victorian narrative painting.
The Garman Ryan Collection forms an important part of the holdings - donated by Sir Jacob Epstein's widow in 1972, the collection consists of 365 works charting Epstein's long career.
