This major temporary exhibition venue, set in a nine-storey former warehouse, is permanent home to the city of Edinburgh's outstanding collection of Scottish art, including paintings, drawings, prints and sculpture by Eardley, Fergusson, McTaggart, Paolozzi, Peploe and others.
Exhibitions of historic and modern photography, contemporary art and design, architecture and the built environment are staged in a rolling programme, ranging from Ansel Adams photographs to Star Wars, and from Michelangelo drawings to innovative contemporary art.
