Glasgow's outstanding collection of Italian art has been extensively catalogued and newly conserved for this exhibition, which goes on show this summer before touring Europe.
Spanning five centuries, the show includes paintings from figures such as Bellini, Titian and Botticelli, as well as decorative art, armour, sculpture, Venetian glass and rare ceramics.
