Master draughtsman Paul Noble has spent fifteen years depicting a fictional city called Nobson Newtown, creating a fantastical cityscape inspired by the Garden City Movement and the New Towns.
This exhibition at Gagosian Brittania Street is the culmination of his monumental project, bringing together wall-sized drawings of his imagined city, huge sculptures and a number of smaller works.
Don't miss
The centrepiece of the exhibition is Welcome to Nobson, a twenty-panel drawing measuring 15 feet tall and over 23 feet wide. A series of sculptures, bead curtains and smaller drawings at the show elaborate on details from Welcome to Nobson.
