Best café creation? Salmon fishcakes with leek and spinach sauce – English comfort food

Any house pets? Felines in the wilds of our period gardens frequently make a play for domestication and a cosy home in our period rooms

Do you have a museum crush? The National Gallery – the number of true beauties in there are overwhelming and awe-inspiring

Anything you dislike about appearance? I’m long and thin and sometimes my treasures are difficult to see
