The collections at the Museum of St Albans include social and local history, natural science and a wildlife garden. Regular temporary exhibitions cover a range of subjects from the 1960s to the Egyptians. The Museum hosts one of the University of Hertfordshire's art galleries – UH Gallery – showing contemporary art from international and local artists.
