The newly refurbished Museum of Lancashire is now open, with free admission to all for the first 12 months. Explore Preston's Old Quarter Sessions House and uncover 2,000 years of Lancashire's history through the objects and stories of Lancashire people at work, rest and play. Collections include fine and decorative arts, archaeological, social and industrial history collections and part of the Lancashire Constabulary Police Collection. The museum also houses the collections of the Duke of Lancaster's Own Yeomanry and the 14th/20th Kings Hussars.
