Georgian House
Edinburgh
Free entry with National Art Pass | Full venue & entry details
The Georgian House stands in Charlotte Square, described as Robert Adam's crowning glory. The house itself was restored by the National Trust for Scotland in the early 1970s as a typical Edinburgh town house of the late 18th–early 19th century. It features fine collections of china, silver, furniture and paintings, many with a Scottish/Edinburgh provenance. Discover what life was like for the house's first owners, the Lamont family, and their household servants.
