Art Fund Members - free entry and exhibitions

County museum containing major collections in archaeology, geology, palaeontology, social history and fine art. Contains a permanent display illustrating the history of the Isle of Wight and a temporary exhibition gallery. The Art Fund has assisted in the acquisition of many fine objects, the latest being an early medieval skillet bearing a Christian motif.
