The collections display ceramics, paintings and manuscripts. Highlights include the unique collection of trials for the Queen’s Ware, which Josiah Wedgwood later delivered as a 900-piece dinner service to Catherine the Great of Russia in 1774, and paintings by Stubbs, Sir Joshua Reynolds, George Romney and John Singer Sergeant.
