Victoria Gallery is the public gallery for Bath and North East Somerset, founded in 1897 as a civic memorial to Queen Victoria. The collection includes European Old Masters, and British paintings, including works by Gainsborough, Zoffany, Sickert, Armitage and Peter Blake. There are also watercolours and drawings from the 18th to the 20th century, topographical views in particular, including works by Turner and Rowlandson.

The collections also include pottery, porcelain, glass and watches. Major national touring exhibitions are displayed in the modern temporary exhibition gallery. Recent highlights have included retrospectives of Keith Vaughan, Paula Rego and Howard Hodgkin.
