The Gallery is devoted to the work of Sir Stanley Spencer RA. The permanent collection contains early religious work, figurative paintings, portraits and later works, together with a fine collection of drawings, letters and memorabilia. Major works on show are 'The Last Supper' and the unfinished 'Christ Preaching at Cookham Regatta'. Two exhibitions are mounted annually.
