The Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers Regimental Museum holds an important regimental collection; it traces the history of Ireland's senior infantry regiment from its formation, in 1689 to its amalgamation in 1968. It features a wide range of uniforms, weapons, silver, medals, vehicles and regimental memorabilia.

Highlights include eight Victorian Crosses awarded during World War I and the Bugle that sounded the advance of the 36th (Ulster) Division at the Battle of the Somme. The collection is displayed in chronological order in the Keep of Enniskillen Castle. The regimental library and archive may be viewed by appointment with the curator.
