The Orleans House Gallery houses temporary exhibitions of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames Collection. The collection comprises over 2,400 paintings and prints, dating from the early 18th century to the present day. The Baroque Octagon Room was designed by James Gibbs in the early 18th century.
