Worcester Porcelain Museum tells the story of the factory's history, its famous customers, and its workforce. It cares for more than 10,000 objects made between 1751 and the present day, which document changes in fashion and taste over the centuries. Many are displayed in galleries according to themes ranging from ‘Oriental simplicity’ to ‘Victorian extravagance’. In 2008, The Art Fund purchased outright the archive of the Worcester Porcelain Factory, containing a treasure trove of hand-drawn designs ranging from the 1874 to 1999, and presented it to the museum.
