Newark Millgate Museum is a Grade 2 listed former mill on the banks of the River Trent. There are displays of social history from the 19th and 20th centuries. Art from the museum's permanent collection is shown in rotation, and temporary exhibitions are held in the museum's Mezzanine Gallery.
