The processes of cider, butter and cheese-making and the progress of milking are illustrated. Also exhibited are the Aymestry Beaker Burial (Bronze Age), and works of John Scarlett Davis (born in Leominster), including a number of his paintings and a sketchbook of 173 drawings. There is a permanent display of early postage marks and stamps of Leominster, dating from the 18th century.
