Lancashire Record Office holds archive collections that record the lives of the people of Lancashire from the 12th-century to the present day. Included in the collection is Humphrey Repton’s Red book for Lathom, Sir Charles Barry’s architectural drawings for Gawthorpe Hall, and the Archives of Abbott and Co, stained glass manufacturers of Lancaster.
