Begun in 1759, Kedleston Hall is a magnificent Neoclassical Georgian house set in 800 acres of Italian classical landscape. This architectural project was initially the work of Matthew Brettingham, followed by James Paine, and later Robert Adam. The house contains luxurious state rooms with great collections of paintings and furniture.
