Hitchin Museum & Art Gallery has six main galleries, including two temporary exhibition art galleries, a social history gallery, and a Yeomanry Gallery. The latter houses displays of the uniforms and medals of the Hertfordshire Yeomanry and Artillery, formed in 1805.
