Description:
Since 1985 Miller has made photography without camera or film. His methods include passing light through objects or through filters of oil or coloured water onto photo-sensitive paper. Though essentially abstract, his work refers to elemental natural forms - the sphere, horizon-line and celestial constellations. This work is from a series inspired by the solar eclipse of 1999.
