A collection of 30 photographs by Marcus Adams and his son Gilbert Adams. The selection highlights the development of the Adams' practise from their beginnings in Reading, including their special attention to composition, lighting, materials and printing techniques. The best known works are the portraits of members of the Royal Family by Marcus Adams which also include an informal image taken by Gilbert Adams while assisting his father.
