Mach has used a collage of an enlarged photographic portrait of Paolozzi taken by Frank Thurston and surrounded it with a collage created from a combination of 3000 postcards showing Paolozzi's studio as recreated at the Dean Gallery in Edinburgh, photographed through a fish-eye lens.
