Description:
1 & 2) Necklace with red leaves and gold fittings with a matching brooch made from aluminium leaf in turquoise. The artist's use of bright colours in these two works reflects the influence of her travels in the Far East and India. 3 & 4) Large oval aluminium brooch and matching fluted oval aluminium bangle. A subtle range of purples, blues and greens have been painted onto the aluminium before it is stretched and pressed, creating a shimmering effect on the finished surface.
