Provenance:
Found with a metal detector near Bidford on Avon, Warwickshire in 2001. Declared Treasure, 2002.

Description:
This piece is made up of a triangular facetted garnet, set in a simple sheet gold collar with an applied beaded border. The setting has a plain sheet gold back on which one of the three points of the triangle shows the scars and soldering points of a lost suspension loop.
