Description:
Horse with lowered head. Cast 1919 - 1921 but the original model was most probably of 1865 - 1881. This sculpture is from a collection of works which also includes studies of nudes, dancers, horses, after Donatello's 'David', and portrait studies of Therese Degas and Jules Perrot Debal.
