Description:
Believed to be an exterior view of Vernet's, a Dieppe Cafe-chantant on the quai Henri IV. Unusual as seen from outside. Sparkling colours, rich texture and broad application of opaque stains of paint reflect the recent emancipation of Sickert's palette.
