Found by a metal-detectorist on the Thames foreshore west of Queenhithe, City of London, January 1994, declared not to be treasure trove.
Description:
The front is engraved with an image of Christ on the Cross, reserved on a background of dark blue champleve enamel. At the end of each arm of the cross is a square setting; three of which are set with uncut garnets.
