Description:
Portrait of Mr Albert Clinton 'Bertie' Landberg. Landsberg was the son of the financial adviser to the Emperor of Brazil. This drawing is a classic example of Picasso's neo-classic manner, and complements the softer line he used in his drawing of Lydia Lopokova made in 1919, which the museum acquired with the help of The Art Fund in 1989.
