Part of a group of drawings selected from the collection of the late Francis William Smith. The work illustrated is 'The cup found in Benjamin's sack', depicting Joseph's steward kneeling behind Benjamin's open sack and holding up a cup, with the amazed brothers either side. The designs were previously attributed to JS van Groningen.
