An extremely rare and important Chelsea figure of a Chinaman, standing holding the end of one of his long moustaches in his right hand. He wears a voluminous white cloak and a gilt decorated belt, his trousers are trimmed in gold, his puce cap with gilt edge and his puce shoes are tied with yellow bows. The circular base has a few applied flowers and leaves.
