Description:
Portrait of an unknown Lady, in a green dress with white and gold sleeves. Left hand rests on red velvet cushion across arms of a chair. In mainly red interior. Inscribed wrongly as Infanta Isabella Clara Eugenia. Also wrongly identified as Frances Howard, Countess of Essex.
