Description:
9 gold snuff boxes, 2 circular boxes with detachable lids, 2 patch-boxes. Presented as an addition to those given in 1948 by children of Mr and Mrs Henry Van den Bergh in memory of Capt. Seymour Van den Bergh and of Major James Van den Bergh. All gold apart from the patch-box in ivory and a circular box in tortoiseshell. Louis XV style.
