Description:
Portions of three figures from the series once in St Mary's Abbey, York: 1. A seated figures of the Virgin and Child, without a head, probably from the tympanum; 2. A headless figure holding a book; 3. A figure without head and feet also with a book. All show typical stylistic traits of the series, and analysis shows that the stone is the same.
